La realización de este blog fue con el fin de dar cumplimiento a una de las actividades propuestas por el área de competencias comunicativas de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD en la cual se propone mostrar la importancia de la difusión y conservación de las tradiciones orales como fuente de información para transmitir las riquezas y herencias culturales , esta ha servido como fuente de inspiración de grandes literatos que en sus obras, hablan de la herencia popular de las sociedades.
